We use a house cleaning checklist while cleaning houses.
These have always kept our staff focused on what needs to be done.

- ENTRYWAY/HALLWAY
  - Sweep, vacuum, or mop floors
  - Dust and clean furniture or decor
  - Wipe down mirrors and wall fixtures
  - Organize shoes, coats, and entryway items
- DINING ROOM
  - Wipe and polish dining tables and chairs
  - Dust furniture and decor
  - Vacuum or sweep and mop floors
  - Dust and clean light fixtures or chandeliers
- BATHROOM
  - Clean and sanitize toilet & tubs
  - Clean and sanitize sinks & showers
  - Clean mirrors and glass
  - Dust light fixtures and bulbs
  - Wash floors
- KITCHEN
  - Wipe down cabinets
  - Clean appliances outside
  - Clean refrigerator & oven
  - Clean and sanitize sinks
  - Sweep and wash floors
- BEDROOM
  - Make beds
  - Change sheets
  - Dust furniture
  - Vacuum floor
  - Put away clean laundry
- LIVING ROOM
  - Dust all hard surfaces and shelves
  - Vacuum carpets and rugs
  - Sweep mop hard floors
  - Vacuum upholstered furniture
  - Polish wood
